36.11. $getGMTOffset

$getGMTOffset returns the difference in seconds between Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and local Standard Time. This difference is positive for time zones west of Greenwich and negative for zones east of Greenwich. wasSet is set to the value of $timeSubcommandsSet. The value of the GMT offset is set by $setGMTOffset or by the MAINEX subcommand GMTOFFSET.
